Visiting in from Dallas, my Austin buddy suggested this little joint. He and I are getting past our years of the crazy downtown scene so this was perfect. Not too crowded with a cool, easy-going vibe. Fellow patrons were friendly and our bartender Lindsey was no exception. We had our drinks in-hand in no time! Karaoke was going on on the other side of the bar but we opted to enjoy our lovely bartender's company. It was pretty steady for a Saturday night but Lindsey was keeping an eye on our drinks, even remembering what we were drinking as she asked us for future rounds. Impressive! She's the "diamond in the rough" of that establishment. Personable and hard-working.
If the bar area is a little too noisy or crowded, there is always the extensive patio behind the bar.
This place is great for a low-keyed, nice-pour place to chill. It's a no-frills place so leave the judging at the door and have a good time. -

Dive bar, good nachos and cheap beer choices. I like the vibe here and chilling with friends. Order food from the truck parked on the side of the building and liquor Inside. Enjoy your meal inside or outside. Choose outside at a lighted picnic table under the stars.

Fun hole in the wall with great bar tenders!
I've driven past this place many times and finally decided to stop in during football playoffs. It wasn't crazy packed like most places.
Our bartender was awesome, I wish I remembered her name. We ordered food from the food truck and that was yummy. Oh and great prices!!
All in all great spot to get away from the outsiders visiting Austin and just enjoy your night. -

Been to dive bars all across Austin, Chicago, and NYC and this is not a dive bar as described by others. It's a shitty bar filled with shitty karaoke and shitty people that don't understand personal space. The regulars seemed to crowd around the outdoor bar, making crude comments to the bartender about wanting a hug or a smile. It was repulsive and sad, just like everything about this bar. The inside is dark, dingy, and not much better than the back area. Dive bars have some charm but water tank has the charm of a toilet. Also, they served everything in plastic which was odd for inside but I kinda get it for the outside.

Great dive bar with a food truck outside! Sometimes they have special events-live music, crawfish boil, etc. it's dark inside, like a dive bar should be with ample patio space outside. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially their beautiful bartender Kate! Great place for a cocktail or an ice cold beer! Plan to stop by next time I'm in the area
